each song was written and recorded live in the studio as they were performed live in the studio live as they happened live between the winter of 2021 and autumn of 2022. rex played the Analog 4 and Octatrack and john played the Digitakt and Volca Keys through an effects pedal (Sunlight or Syntax Error or Afterneath). afterwards it was edited, chopped and polished to affect a semblance of cohesion in the way that your 1980s hair metal bands would record their live albums.
