about

written and recorded between january 2022 and february 2023. final mix in june 2023.

this time i've had an attempt at embracing my love of very minimal and abstract music. unfortunately though, i've lacked the courage of my convictions and ended up having odd moments of harmony or melody or rhythm. still, it is pretty abstract so even less likely than usual to bother the hit parade.

instrumentation this time has been trackers (M8 and polyend), opsix, fors kit, reaktor 6 blocks and arturia's SQ80 emulation. it was recorded in Live 11.3 and effects were valhalla room, other desert cities, fors romb, unfiltered audio lo-fi-af and the in-built effects from Live.
